This is a quality of service event alarm. It is fired when the one of the three things happen:

  • The number of lost DTMF digits threshold (since the beginning of the call) has been reached.
  • The % of lost packets threshold (since the beginning of the call) has been reached. Or,
  • The average jitter threshold (since the beginning of the call) has been reached.

Currently, CTI32 logs the event, but no action is taken.

On a managed network, this alarm would normally be used to help load balance traffic on the network.
